So I have been slacking on many things in my life.. I came to learn that I can juggle 7 kids and the other parts of life, but add #8 and I dropped the ball.
So I am here picking it all back up. I am going to do a $20,000 a year budget. My goal is to live off $20,000 from Sept 1 2010 till Aug 31st 2011. Shouldnt be too hard.. We pretty much did that for 2009. But the goal is simple. To live as simply as we can and still maintain sanity. Its also to show that no matter what your income level, children are not expensive, lifestyles are.
I will be tracking our spending and show you step by step how we do it. So subscribe to our posts and wish us luck!

I'll be cheering you on, Nicole! (And "borrowing" some pointers! LOL)
ReplyDeletewould love to learn some new techniques. Going from 2 incomes to 1 and adding a new little one is difficult to say the least.
ReplyDeleteI sooooo need this! I really wish that we could live off of just my income for long enough for my husband to really be able to recover his health, instead of just toughing it out until his body says 'no more!'... I will definitely be making notes!
