You can buy coupons on EBAY?!?!
yes you can.. and there are several other coupon sites you can get them from as well.. So how is it done?
Here is what I am doing today. Kroger has Yakisoba noodles for $1.09. they also double .50 coupons.. There are Save .50 off one Yakisoba noodles.. so at Kroger its like using a $1 coupon.. getting the item for .09. I want more than just the one I get in the paper ( or in my case this week 5) so I need to order them
If you go on Ebay you can look under food coupons for the items you want. So I type in Yakisoba. it pulls up a ton of listings.. most of them are about $3 with shipping for 20 coupons.. I prefer the buy it now, esp if I am trying to hit a sale. I then look to see where they are coming from.. the closer the better.. and of course the sellers rating. I then choose my product, and for today I am looking to buy 40 or 60 so I look to see if they have them in lots.. meaning several sets of 20.
If I pay $2.75 per pack of coupons (with shipping) I get 40 coupons for $5.50 plus the .09 each I pay for the product $3.60 = $9.10 for 40 packages of noodles = .23 each making a savings of .86 each or $34.40 total

I will be posting several methods of coupon sorting.. this is one method. Many couponers have variations of each..I tried this method once and it did not work for me but I know there are tons of couponers who swear by it. I am too OCD for this system and since coupons come in various sizes I was stressing myself out. LOL the trick is to sort the pages by category..I am considering giving this method another try tho.. We will see. Any questions ask away!

Couponing.. Where to start.. Step 1
Sometimes I forget what its like to have no clue about couponing. It was abut 3 years ago when I started, but It seems like I have been doing it forever.
I guess to start off.. Get a folder system. Each week get as many copies of the Sunday inserts as you can get.. either by purchasing the paper (the dollar tree carries them in most areas) you can also ask friends/family.. check recycling places
On the spine of each insert is a date.. This Sunday is 3/8. take each insert and file them by date. When I post sales you will see a "code" in purple such as 3/8 SS. This means the coupon for that product can be found in the March 8th Smart Source insert..
If you get multiple copies of inserts separating out the "trash" pages ( the ones with no coupons on them, and matching up the other pages and then placing them inside the cover page is a good way of storing them as well.. when you need a specific coupon its easier to cut 5+ of the same coupon out at once. you also know by a quick count how many you have. you may also write on the cover how many sets you have - you can also write the date in black marker so its easier to read then the mouse type on the side.. and it probably makes no sense to you why you shod save all these coupons you wont use.. yes alot will get tossed, but you will find yourself using coupons you dont normally use.. and getting awesome deals doing so..

1. Vallassis (V) aka Red Plum (RP)
2. Smart Source aka SS
3. Proctor & Gamble aka P&G

The P&G comes out monthly.. as does the GM the others are weekly sometimes 2 different ones in one week.. ie SS1 and SS2
so you may see some of my notes say something like this

That means the coupon was in the 1st Smart source insert on Sept 13th.. pretty simple
